Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After 7 days, refunds are prorated based on usage.

1. Free Trial

LogicFlow offers a free trial period for new users to test the Service. During the trial, you can explore all features without payment.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with LogicFlow within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. To qualify:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of the initial payment
  • Contact us at info@logic-flow.app with your account details
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

3. Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Service Issues: If the Service was unavailable for extended periods, we may offer prorated refunds or credits
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge
  • Annual Plans: May be eligible for prorated refunds if cancelled within 30 days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after 7 days of service use
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases already consumed
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • WhatsApp API costs or third-party integration fees

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@logic-flow.app
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. We will respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund is provided for the remaining days of the current period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted

7. Payment Methods

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • MercadoPago: 5-15 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 10-15 business days

8. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding charges, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly.
