LogicFlow provides AI-powered WhatsApp automation services that allow businesses to:

  • Create and manage AI agents for WhatsApp Business
  • Automate customer conversations
  • Manage customer relationships (CRM)
  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings
  • Access analytics and conversation insights

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws

5. WhatsApp Compliance

You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service. LogicFlow is not responsible for any violations of WhatsApp's policies that result from your use of the Service.

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mantis Group SAS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

LogicFlow and Mantis Group SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
